Assigning Team Members
When viewing an RFP you can assign team members to the RFP by using the teams component in the upper right-hand corner of the RFP name card.
Please note that the names of assigned team members are visible to the brokers.
Setting Up Default Assignments
Each organization can have a Default Assigned Team. Users included in the default team will automatically be assigned on every RFP that is received. Brokers will be able to view but not edit the default team. To set the default team, navigate to the Organization Details screen within the Administration section and use the Default Assigned Teams component located on the left hand side of the screen. Only administrators are able to make changes to the default team.
View Broker Contacts
When viewing an RFP, you can see the assigned broker contacts on the left-hand side of the RFP name card. Since this is a new feature it may take time for Brokers to start leveraging the feature.
