Clinical EQ
Clinical EQ is a powerful new feature designed to help brokers and consultants move beyond traditional repricing analysis. It introduces a structured, data-driven framework to estimate savings across key clinical categories, including:
- Humira & Stelara Biosimilar Adoption
- Patient Assistance Programs
- International Sourcing
- Manufacturer Assistance Programs
Within the Financial Summary, users can unhide the Clinical EQ sliders by clicking the Show Clinical EQ accordion.
By default, the Humira Optimization and Stelara Optimization sliders are pre-set based on current optimization rates derived from the claims data used in the analysis. Users can adjust these sliders to simulate increased or decreased optimization levels. As adjustments are made, the gross drug cost and rebate impacts update in real time.
Utilizing the program specific NDC lists provided by each PBM, Clinical EQ also calulates the estimated gross drug cost and rebate impact of each PBMS Patient Assistance, International Sourcing, and Manufacturer Assistance programs. By default, each program slider starts at 0%. Users can move the sliders to the right to reflect how optimized they think eahc program will be. A value of 100% indicates that 100% of the estimated savings is being incorporated into the results.
If a PBM has not supplied the NDC level list for any one of the programs then an Unavailable List warning will be shown.

Ability to Annualize Results
While most pharmacy marketing evaluations rely on a full twelve months of claims data, there are instances when a complete year of data isn't available. To address this, we've introduced a new feature that allows users to annualize financial results directly within the existing workflow.
When running a financial summary, simply select the number of months of claims data you have, then check the Annualize Results option. The system will automatically adjust the results to reflect a full year, reducing the need for any manual alterations.

Ability to Award RFPs in the Quote Manager
We’ve introduced a streamlined workflow that allows users to award RFPs to winning bidders directly within the Quote Manager. This enhancement simplifies the process, making it more intuitive and efficient—saving time and reducing the potential for confusion.
To award an RFP from within the Quote Manager, select the winning PBM and choose the Award Contract option from the Action dropdown
If a PBM has submitted multiple options you will be restricted from awarding the RFP until you select a specific option for that PBM.

Updated New RFP Notification
In response to market feedback, we’ve enhanced the New RFP Notification to provide greater visibility and context for PBMs:
- Company Headquarters State, Employee Count, and Member Count are now included, giving recipients a clearer snapshot of the opportunity upfront.
- A direct link to the RingmasterRx PBM Response Guide has been added. This guide provides PBMs with clear, step-by-step instructions on how to navigate the RingmasterRx system and submit responses effectively.
These updates are designed to streamline the RFP response process and ensure bidders have the information they need to allocate the appropriate internal resources from the start.
