Legacy User Experience

Users from Responding Organizations (Carriers, PBMs) get email notification overload on supporting file updates.  This occurs when an Issuer adds supporting files to the Request in bulk after they've invited markets to respond.

For example:

• Carrier 1 has been invited to respond to a Request
• Issuer adds 4 files in bulk
• The Responding user(s) receive 4 separate email notifications

What's Changing

We're reducing the email notification pain! Responding users will get a single email notification that lists the added files.
