Assigning Team Members
When creating an RFP you can assign team members to the RFP by clicking the plus button under the Assigned Team section in Step 1 of the Create Request screen.
Once an RFP has been created you can edit team assignments by navigating back to the Assigned Team section in Step 1 of the Edit Request screen.
Alternatively, you can edit team assignments directly from the Quote Manager using the teams component located in the upper right hand corner of the RFP name card.
Please note that the names of assigned team members are visible to the PBMs, but cannot be edited by the PBMs.
Setting Up Default Assignments
Each organization can have a Default Assigned Team. Users included in the default team will automatically be assigned on every new RFP created for that organization. To create or edit the default team, navigate to the Organization Details screen within the Administration section and use the Default Assigned Teams component located on the left hand side of the screen. Only administrators are able to make changes to the default team.
Assigning PBM Contacts
When inviting PBMs to an RFP, you can assign specific contacts to the RFP using the teams component located on each bidders name card in the Invite PBM screen. The list of contacts will include all active users within the Ringmaster system. If the PBM has a default team assigned, you will see the default users listed but will not be able to remove them.
Once an RFP has been sent to market, you can edit which PBM contacts are assigned using the teams component to the left of each bidder in the Quote Manager.
Auditing Team Assignments
Any change to the team assignments or the assigned PBM contacts will be displayed in the Audit Trail feature located in the Quote Manager.
