You can now view contacts on individual Requests and assign specific team members to Quote Responses, bringing more clarity and accountability to your workflow.

- Set Up Default Assignments: Org Admins can configure default team assignments for your organization
- Bulk Update Historical Records: Apply assignments to past Requests and Quote Responses to maintain consistency.
- Actively Use Assignments: Make assignments part of your daily workflow for every new Request and Quote Response.

A more personalized product experience will follow Teams Assignment in late Aug - early Sept:
- Dashboard & Workspace Filters: View data based on your assignments or filter by teammates.
- Default Views: Automatically see your own assignments (or all, if preferred).
- Role-Based Visibility: Admins can restrict users to only see their own work.
- Smarter Notifications: Notifications will soon be based on user assignments instead of the tags.
The Product Experience
The Teams Component
A simple, recognizable component is accessible throughout the product to view and manage assignments.
- Click the Plus or Pencil icon to open the select list
- Hover over a circle to see the user's full name and title

Defaulting Assigned Teams
Administrators can set default assigned teams to Quote Responses to reduce manual work and drive consistency.
- Configuration Rights: Ringmaster System Admins and Org Admins
- Org Details: Management occurs on the Org Details screen (left panel) under Administration.
- Org Details > Teams Tab: A new tab provides additional precision for Responding Orgs only. Here an admin can designate default assignment for its various relationships with Issuers. If left blank, the Responding Org's default assignment will be used.

- View Responder Default Assignment Upon Invite: Issuers can view Responder's default team assignment but can't remove.
- Add to Responder Assignment: Issuers can add additional Responder user assignments to the Quote Response at the time of invite and afterwards.
Bulk Assignment on Records
Rapidly manage team assignment across multiple records.
Responders Bulk Assign to Quote Responses: Responders can bulk add or remove users from the Records > Quotes table.
Capture Assignment in the Audit
After an invitation(s) has been issued, the Quote Response audit log will record updates to user assignment for both the Request and Quote Response.
