TPA (Buy-Side) users can be configured to receive email notifications for several events in the RFP Process.
Events Include:
New Messages - When you receive a message issued from a Sell-Side organization
Status Changes - When the Quote Response moves into the following statuses:
- Underwriting
- Submitted
- Shortlist
- Won / Lost / Declined / Canceled
- Bound
Supporting File Changes - When the Sell-Side organization adds, edits or deletes files in the Quote Response supporting files section
Proposal Changes - When the Sell-Side organization updates their Proposal Options after the initial submission of the Quote Response. An update constitutes a Proposal that is edited and then saved and the Quote Response must be in one of the following stages:
- Submitted
- Shortlist
- Won
- Lost
