Overview
This release is all about working faster and staying informed — with new tools for speed, transparency, and clarity at every step of the bid process.
The new Copy Previous Bid feature lets responders pull in previously submitted answers from historical bids, saving time when responding to an RFP.
A new Audit Log gives users a high-level timeline of key actions taken on a bid, from stage changes to file uploads.
The new Team Assignment Notification closes a long-standing gap by emailing users the moment they're assigned to an RFP, even after it's already been issued.
And a new Rapid Quote Indicator on the coversheet gives PBMs and Consultants instant clarity into exactly which profile was used to populate a bid.
Copy Previous Bid
To save time when responding to an RFP, a new Copy from Previous Bid button has been added to the Edit Proposal screen, letting responders pull in previously submitted answers from historical bids.
Responders can select the specific bid to copy from a populated list of historical bids, each named by group name, request name, and option number.
Note: Copying from a previous bid will overwrite all current responses, and this action cannot be undone.
Specific responses are only imported if the same question exists in the RFP being completed. Use the toggle at the bottom of the screen to filter the historical bid list to only those with matching additional questions.
Audit Log
A new Audit Log section has been added within the workspace, providing a timeline of high-level actions taken by users interacting with a bid. Actions captured in the Audit Log include, but are not limited to:
- Invitation Request Date
- Stage Change Dates
- Request Updates
- Quote Updates
- Supporting File Uploads
- Specialty / LDD List Uploads
The Audit Log is designed to increase transparency by giving a high-level overview of key actions impacting the bid — it is not intended to capture every granular change.
Team Assignment Notification
Users are now notified by email when they're assigned to an RFP — even after it's already been issued. Previously, notifications only went out when someone was invited to a new RFP, leaving later assignees in the dark. This new notification closes that gap.
It's turned on by default for all users, and can be disabled anytime from the user profile screen.
Rapid Quote Profile Name Added to Coversheet
When a bid is populated using Rapid Quotes, the coversheet now displays a Rapid Quote indicator. Hovering over it reveals the name of the Rapid Quote profile used to populate the bid — giving PBMs and Consultants greater clarity into exactly which profile was applied.
