Rx Product Release - Version 7.2.P | July 2026

Overview

Version 7.2 brings two updates designed to improve visibility and flexibility across the platform.

• A new purple message indicator now appears throughout the workspace, so you always know at a glance where unread messages are waiting.
• The technology fee section has also been redesigned, replacing the old fixed fields with a primary and secondary technology fee field, each with a flexible basis selector (Per Claim, PEPM, PMPM, One Time, Paid Annually, or Paid Quarterly).

This provides far more control over how technology fees are structured on each bid. Together, these updates make it easier to stay on top of new activity and tailor fee terms to fit each deal.

New Message Indicator

The messaging feature is getting an upgrade with a new unread message indicator — a purple dot that shows up wherever there's a message you haven't read yet. You'll see it in:

• Quote Queue – on any request with a new message on any of its subjects

  

• Organization name (in the messaging window) – when there's a new message on any subject with that organization

• Subject name (in the messaging window) – when there's a new message within that specific subject

  

This makes it easier to spot new activity at a glance, whether you're scanning your queue or already inside a conversation.

Technology Fee Field Updates

The technology fee section now offers more flexibility. Instead of two fixed fields (per claim and one-time), you'll now find:

• A Technology Fee field and a Secondary Technology Fee field
• A basis selector for each, with the following options:
  • Per Claim
  • PEPM
  • PMPM
  • One Time
  • Paid Annually
  • Paid Quarterly

This lets you structure technology fees in a way that better fits each contract's terms.
