For many consultants, disruption is an important piece of the decision making process. When PBMs complete and upload their disruption lists into the Ringmaster system it allows consultants to quickly analyze both formulary and network disruption across all bidders.
Instructions for Accessing Disruption Lists
- Navigate to the Workspace
- Once in Workspace, navigate to the Quote Queue
- Click on the RFP you would like to work on
- Click on Disruption Lists
NOTE: If the Disruption Lists header is inactive, you must first click on Edit Proposal and save at least one option. Disruption is entered at the option level so at least one option is required. Instructions for creating multiple options can be found here.
- Click View Details next to the option you would like to upload disruption lists under
Instructions for Uploading Formulary Disruption Form
- Navigate to the Formulary Disruption List section.
- Click Download Form
- Open up the downloaded form and complete the Coverage Tier column using the following values: Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, Tier 4, or Excluded
- Save the completed disruption form as a .csv file
- Click Import from File
- Click Add CSV FIle
- Select the completed disruption form from your saved files
- Click Next
- Map the requisite columns in the form to the fields in the Ringmaster system by using the dropdown lists.
- If replacing an existing list, click Overwrite?
- Click Import
Instructions for Uploading Network Disruption Form
- Navigate to the Network Disruption List section.
- Click Download Form
- Open up the downloaded form and complete the In Network column using the following values: Yes or No
- Save the completed disruption form as a .csv file
- Click Import from File
- Click Add CSV FIle
- Select the completed disruption form from your saved files
- Click Next
- Map the requisite columns in the form to the fields in the Ringmaster system by using the dropdown lists.
- If replacing an existing list, click Overwrite?
- Click Import
