Submitting Multiple Options

Within the RingmasterRx system, bidders have the ability to submit multiple options. This is helpful when you want to include different sets of pricing (ex. closed formulary and open formulary) with your bid. It also allows you to submit BAFO pricing without altering your previous bid response.

Intructions for Submitting Multiple Options

• Navigate to the Workspace
• Once in Workspace, navigate to the Quote Queue.
• Click the Edit Proposal button next to the RFP you want to work on.

• Within the Edit Proposal screen, select which Option in the dropdown list you would like to copy. The new option you create will use the selected option as the starting point. 
• Click the Copy button to create a new option.

• Once the new option is created, make any necessary updates to Steps 1 through 5 for the new option. 
• Click Save to submit the newly created option. 

Instructions for Deleting Options

• Navigate to the Workspace
• Once in Workspace, navigate to the Quote Queue.
• Click the Edit Proposal button next to the RFP you want to work on.

• Within the Edit Proposal screen, select which Option in the dropdown list you would like to delete.
• Click the Delete button
• Click the Save button to finalize the deletion
