Edit Proposal from Quote Manager

TPAs / Brokers have the ability to edit and append to the Proposal Options submitted back from the Carriers. This feature in employed in the Quote Manager by selecting the pencil icon next to the desired Carrier name.  Note that changes can be made by manually typing in data or by scanning in the Carrier's proposal via the Import Text button.  Any change made will be permanent and will be visible to that respective carrier.
