Sell-Side Email Notification Preferences

Carrier/MGU (Sell-Side) users can be configured to receive email notifications for several events in the RFP Process.

Events Include:

New Messages - When you receive a message issued from a Buy-Side organization

New RFP - When you receive an RFP invitation from a Buy-Side organization

Status Changes - When the Quote Response moves into the following statuses:

• Underwriting
• Submitted
• Shortlist
• Won / Lost / Declined / Canceled
• Bound

Supporting File Changes - When the Buy-Side organization edits or deletes files in the RFP supporting files section

Census/Claims History Changes - When the Buy-Side organization adds, edits or appends the parsed census or parsed claims history
