Add Ability to "Change Stage" in Compare Screen

Ringmaster is re-instating the ability to view and change various quote stages while in the Quote-LinQ Compare Screen. 

The select list is located just below the Action Button / above the Current Fixed Costs Variance

This list will: convey the current stage of the Quote Option Declined, Bound and Closed will be read only. provide a means to move between Submitted, Shortlist and Lost.   provide a means to move out of Won and into Submitted, Shortlist or Lost.

In addition to the select list the Action Button will still be present to move a Quote Option to Won & Bound:

• "Renew" - Moves an Incumbent's Quote to "Bound"
• "Award" - Moves a Quote to "Won"
• "Move to Bound" - Moves a Quote from "Won" to Bound

Add Ability to "Clear Baseline" 

 Quote-LinQ users now have the ability to clear the selected Baseline Option in the compare screen if not applicable.  Go to the Edit Baseline modal, select Clear Baseline, select Save.
