Administration
The administration page allows users to make changes at the organization level. Carrier/MGU administrators can make edits to:
- General Information
- Address
- Contact Information
- Other Information
- DRCs to Flag
- Members (including administrators)

Preferred Groups
The Carrier/MGU administrator has the option to specify the weight of a set of criteria based on the level of importance to that organization. These items are used to calculate a proposals Match Index. The criteria includes (but is not limited to):
Group Demographics
- Average Age Range
- Percentage of Singles
- Percentage in One Location
- Percentage of males
- Group Size
- Years Self-Funded
Group Experience Characteristics
- Maximum Change in TPA/Carrier in Last 3 Years
- Maximum Average Cost of Paid Claims
- Preferred SIC Codes
Preferred Contracts
- Contract Basis
- Specific Deductions
