Quote Request Forms

During the onboarding process Ringmaster will build a base of Quote Request Forms that are specific to your organization's needs.  The system supports as many templates as needed so that as you start new requests you simply choose the form you wish to use.  

Single Repository for Supporting Documentation

No more sharing and searching of supporting documentation via email.  Securely attach pertinent documentation to each RFP and share it with all stakeholders in the RFP.  These documents will be centrally stored and can be managed under the RFP going forward. This keeps documentation separate, secure and easy to locate.

Census & Claims History Upload

Quote-LinQ provides users with a method to upload and standardize Census and Claims History data.  By doing so, this provides all parities with rapid search, filtering and advanced analytics that is impossible with attached files.  For example, Quote-LinQ will help identify Lasers before Requests are issued by matching a set of Diagnosis Related Codes flagged by Responding organizations as default laser codes.   

Issue To and Evaluate Responders

When the Quote Request is ready to be issued, the Quote-LinQ TPA selects the responders it wishes to participate.  Without ever leaving the system, those responders can access and respond to all of the shared information in the Quote Request for the TPA to evaluate.  

Automated Proposals

Quote-LinQ makes generating and sharing proposal documents easy.  As part of the TPA onboarding the Ringmaster Team will help develop an automated, TPA Specific Administrative Services Proposal template that can be shared and printed with brokers and accounts.  

Award Contracts & Renewals

After the evaluation phase, Quote-LinQ provides a method to select a winning bid and capture the RFP and Quote as Contracted.  When renewal season begins the TPA can choose to create a new Quote Request based on last years Request.  This will eliminate the need to populate a Quote Request from scratch and only require updates to information that has changed.

Secured Storage, Computations & Management

Quote-LinQ is a secure, cloud-based solution where data and processes are centralized.  As Quote Request Activity grows the system will still all pertinent historical information for access and reporting.  Quote-LinQ will be a central repository for all Stop-Loss Quote Request activity.

Advanced Search & Filtering

With standardized data and an array of record keeping Quote-LinQ users will have the ability to perform rapid and custom data searches.  Research is now made easy and data can be exported into a csv file for offline consumption.
