User Login Statuses

Active: User login is enabled

Locked: Several bad password attempts (account will unlock after 24 hours of reset time)

Inactive: User login is disabled (must have system administrator help to re-enable)

Archived: User login is disabled and has been inactive for more than 6 months or the business has noted to shut down login (no longer an employee, lost customer, etc.)

Disabled: User is removed from their associated organization
