TPA users in Quote-LinQ have a dashboard with specific KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that pertain to daily management and oversight of the Stop-Loss RFP process.

Open RFPs
|
- Open RFPs: Total number of RFPs that are in an open status (Pending/Awaiting Market Response)
- Open Quotes: Quotes that are either in New, Underwriting, Submitted, or Shortlist status

- RFPs Due to Broker within 10 Days: RFPs with Quotes that are pending or awaiting responses and that are due to Broker within 10 days.
- Quotes Awaiting TPA Action: Quotes that have been Submitted to you.

- RFPs Due from Market within 10 Days: RFPs with Quotes that are pending or awaiting responses and that are due from Market within 10 days.
- Quotes due within 10 Days: Quotes that are new, in Underwriting or have been Submitted and are Due within 10 days.

- Contracts up for renewal in the next 30 days: Quotes that are under contract and up for renewal within 30 days.
- Contracts up for renewal in the next 60 days: Quotes that are under contract and up for renewal within 60 days.
