What is RingmasterRx?
RingmasterRx is a technology platform that empowers brokers to seamlessly market pharmacy benefit coverage on behalf of plan sponsors. Brokers and PBMs are directly connected in the RingmasterRx system allowing for the efficient exchange of information and complete transparancy on both sides of the procurement process.
How do I Respond in RingmasterRx?
Below please find a list of the steps, both required and optional, for responding to an RFP in the RingmasterRx system.

Viewing an RFP

- From the Workspace tab, navigate to the Quote Queue section to see a list of all the RFPs you have recieved. To view an RFP, click on the RFP associated with the specific group/broker you would like to view.
- Clicking on the RFP, will populate additional information and options specific to that RFP on the right-hand side of the screen.
- The quickest way to access all of the information associated with an RFP is to click the Download Quote button. This will bring up a new screen where you will be able to download a Microsoft Excel version of the RFP, claims history, formulary disruption forms, and any supplemental files provided by the broker.

- To the right of the Download Quote button, there are buttons available to accept or decline an RFP. To accept, click Accept. To decline, click Decline.

Editing an RFP Proposal

- To begin editing your proposal for a specific RFP, click on the Edit Proposal button on the right-hand side of the Quote Queue
- After clicking the Edit Proposal button, the Edit Proposal screen will appear. This screen contains six steps, somtimes seven steps, which are outlined on the left-hand side of the screen. All of the steps should be completed before submitting your proposal.
- Any fields highligted in gray are for information purposes. The fields highlighed in purple are related to your proposal and should be completed by your team.
- Each step contains a varying number of required fields that are required to save your proposal. If necessary, enter placeholder responses to activate the Save button on the last step.
- If a required field is not completed the Save button will be highlighted red and a warning indicator will be shown next to the name of the step with the missing information.

Uploading LDD/Specialty Drug Lists

- To import either an LDD or Specialty Drug List, select either the LDD List or Specialty Drug List headers and then click the Import from File button under either section

Importing Disruption Lists

- To import disruption lists, start by selecting the Disruption Lists header
- Click View Details next to the option you would like to upload disruption lists under
- For both the Formulary Disruption and Network Disruption sections you can download the requisite lists to be populated outside of the system by clicking the Download Form button.
- Once populated, you can re-upload the lists by clicking the Import from File button

- To upload program lists, start by selecting the Program Lists header
- Click the Import from File button

Uploading Supporting Files

- To upload supporting files, start by selecting the Supporting Files header
- Click on the Add Supporting Files box that is below the Quote Support Files accordion.
- Once selected the file(s) will appear in a table below the Add Supporting Files box. In the table, you will add a description, select the type of file, and then click the Upload All button.

Submitting a Quote
- Once all of the required steps have been completed, you can submit your quote by clicking the Submit Quote button.
- If the Submit Quote button inactive that means one of the required steps outlined above was not completed.
