Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication in Ringmaster

Multi-factor authentication provides a second identification method beyond your username and password. Due to the sensitive nature of the data stored, all users must have this enabled for their UAT and Production accounts.

Steps to setup your account

1. Install a time based one-time password authentication app. Any of the following work:
   Google Authenticator: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Authenticator
   LastPass Authenticator
   Microsoft Authenticator
   Authy: https://authy.com/download/

2. Login and navigate to your profile. Select “Enable Multi-factor Auth”

3.  Scan the QR code with your authenticator app

4. Type in the first code returned and click enable

 

At this point your account has MFA enabled, when you login you will be prompted for a code. Enter the code from your authenticator app.
